August Shul 2004
Friday, August 6th We met at the Waldron location at 5:00PM, and carpooled form there to PERRYSBURG, OHIO (TOLEDO Area) to see a special presentation by Eddie Chumney and Monte Judah. We were all very impressed with these presentations and they bolstered our faith to continue teaching and preaching the 2 house truths to all we possibly can. We did not return until midnight. We hope to see more presentations such as these and begin to teach more on this important issue. Att- 3
Friday, August 13nth 6:00-12:00AM Jackson Location - We had a very good Shul this time, and dicsussed many issues, as well as searched the scriptures about many different questions. We discussed the scriptural definition of "Truth." - Ps:119:142: Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy Torah is the truth. We took a break for a very nice meal prepared by sister Colleen (many thanks to you sister Colleen!) Circumcision came up and we discussed whether or not we agreed with the view found in Fossilized Customs, by Lew White. We searched out what Paul's thorn may have been as well as discussed Islam's impact in our world and the dangers this presents to Nazarene Israel and the world at large. A testimony was given. The seven assemblies of revelations was discussed, and we were curious about the "deliverer" to come out of Zion and turn ungodliness from Jacob found in Roman 11:26 and Isaiah 59 20-21.
Friday August 20th 6:00-11:30PM Waldron Location - We met and began to discuss several issues during this Shul. We discussed the Islamic influx in our country and how this is changing policy. This was in connection to Perry Stone's book Unleashing The Beast, that one of our members read and commented on. We went over the Havdalah study and then broke for dinner (special thanks for brother Yac'ob for his meal preps!) We recommenced our studies discussing the SANJ book Seven Seals, Seven Thunders and the parallels between the torah and Yahushua such as 1) Truth, 2) Light 3) the Way, 4) The Word . We checked out the scriptures dealing with the woman at the well and the curious statement "salvation is of the Jews." We also discussed the concept of Ephraim joining Judah into unity, rather than both coming on equal terms or Judah joining Ephraim. This concept was listed in the SANJ book Seven Seals, Seven Thunders as well.
Friday August 27nth 6:00-10:40PM Jackson Location - All of us had a difficult week before meeting and we were glad to be together for fellowship, refreshment (many thanks to sister Colleen!) and general encouragement in Yahushua. We talked a bit about a Perry Stone Jr. Book Titled "Unleashing the Beast." There was much interesting information in here about celestial signs and things that we see in the heavens that align and give certain prophetic foretelling. We enjoyed reading and thinking about certain portions of this book. (We feel that Perry Stone Jr. has a great deal of understanding concerning the Hebraic thinking patterns and prophetic cycles. It is true that he does not choose to take that "last step" and conclude what we have, that the true gospel is one of LAW and TESTIMONY.) - However, we do find some good information in his materials and discuss him frequently.
