Friday September 3rd 6:15PM-10:20PM Waldron Location - We discussed the Set-Apart city, Jerusalem and the implications for the end of time prophecies. We looked into some more material and ideas from the SANJ book Seven Seals, Seven Thunders. We had a good meal (special thanks to bro. Yaa'cov) and continued our studies about three main religions of the world and how Muslims developed. Lit the Sabbath candles, prayed the liturgy, and welcomed in the new Sabbath. Att-4
Friday September 10nth 6:00PM-9:00PM Jackson Location - We spent the bulk of our time discussing Norman Willis new teaching on the end times. He supposes that the Messiah comes after the millennial period and not before as we believe currently. We found some inconsistencies in his hermeneutical principles but at the same time, he brings out some scriptures that do give us pause to reconsider and prayerfully figure this issue out. We ate a very nice meal (as usual, special thanks to sister colleen for the feast she prepared!) and lit the Sabbath candles, bringing in the Sabbath. Att-3
Friday September 17nth 6:30PM-10PM Waldron Location - We discussed a variety of things including the timeing of the Passover and the days before Messiah was impaled. We also discussed briefly the time of Havdalah. We went on to discuss vegetarianism and the food supply that is becoming increasingly tainted. The trinity idea came up, and we discussed some complementary verses in Isaiah as well as the scriptures regarding the day which cometh like a thief, where one is taken, the other left. During our discussions, we broke for Shul dinner, and we went outside after blowing the Shofar.
Friday September 24rth 6:00PM-11:35PM Jackson Location - Discussions revolved around Yom Kippur and its messianic implications. We also discussed consistency as a factor for success. Our meal of fruits and vegetables ended at 7:00PM in preparation of the fast. Other notes of interest were the Norman Willis teachings a bout the post-millennial return of Messiah. We received a phone call from New York state regarding our messianic profession and discussed for a small period of time our views.
